Merq welcomes responsible reports that help protect players, creators, employees, and the platform.
Report a security issue
Email support@merqapp.com with the subject Security report. Include the affected page, app version, or service, steps that reproduce the issue, its potential impact, and screenshots when safe.
Protect other people
Do not access or change another person's data, interrupt Merq services, use social engineering, or send automated traffic that could affect the platform. Do not include passwords, access tokens, private messages, or unnecessary personal information in a report.
Responsible disclosure
Please give Merq a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address a reported issue before publishing it. This policy does not create a paid bug bounty program.
